Yesterday, the Sheehy family and a group from the Marblehead Community Charter School came to Windrush Farm to present us with an unbelievable donation on behalf of Megan Sheehy.
Last month, the entire Marblehead community joined together in the ‘Rock For Meg’ event. This community music concert was held in memory of Megan Sheehy, a beautiful young girl that unfortunately lost her battle to cancer last summer.
Megan’s spirit lives on through the amazing work of her family, friends and community. She expressed at a very young age that she wanted to help other children learn how to ride horses. It is a true blessing to see that she continues to accomplish this mission through her memory.
Thank you so much Megan. Your passion and kind heart has left a forever impression on everyone here at Windrush Farm. There are many children that will be able to ride because of you.
